A-1: FOOTBALL: Ong Kim Swee





Who is the author?

Ong Kim Swee is a Malaysian football manager and former footballer. He spent most of his 
career playing for East Malaysian team notably Sarawak and Sabah during the mid 90's.
He currently manage the Malaysia national under-23 football team which 
will be competing for 2012 Olympic and 2011 Southeast Asian Games. 
He also in charge of Harimau Muda A in Malaysian Super League.

Who is the author?

Allahyarham Dato' Mokhtar Dahari (13 November 1953 – 11 July 1991) was a Malaysian Association football player 
from Setapak,Kuala Lumpur. He was one of the best players in 
Asia in the 1970s and is known as the best Malaysian footballer during that time, 
a legend in Malaysian football. During the 1970s, Mokhtar played for Malaysia and Malaysia became 
a powerful team and defeated asian giants such as South Korea and Japan.

During Mahathir's tenure as Prime Minister, Malaysia experienced rapid modernisation and economic growth,
